I just put my secondary back on so I can't get more pics at the moment but that is exactly where I'm talking about and with these springs that will eliminate coil bind we should be able to run more wind and hopefully eliminate this problem. I'm currently running the new thunder spring on tar...
I had very good belt life last year blew one belt with 1000miles on it and the second is still going strong and I ride the #*$&@ out of my sled. Here is something I noticed last year while messing with my secondary it appears when aggressively breaking and stabbing the throttle there isn't enough...
They all will work I have the osp and never use the bolt to change belt I can have my belt changed and panels back on before most people could find there bolt I don't understand y people want the bolt to remove the belt?
Go side exit straight pipe plenty of room for chaincase access! Lol works awesome but a TD superquiet will be going on for winter once antisiezed and holes cleaned out with thread chaser the turbo bolts come out no problem I'm still using factory bolts at 2200miles they come out but I ran a die...
Right on when engaging a sled at 4500 rpm and making 4psi boost on the line there is no lag but whacking the throttle from a stop there definitely is more lag than my modded NA nytro. But love the setup with max pump and Thunderproducts clutching it is much better!
Yes you can roll it over no problem I rolled mine over a couple times to get it unstuck including this time just shut the sled off and take the key out (seen to many keys fall out rolling over) and it will fire right up when you get it back on its track. No lose of oil like the older 4strokes
With our thunder products clutching dialed in and the Max pump tune from TD running awesome we ran a sled best of 9.21 at 140mph in the quarter tonight! Thanks Ben!
With mine you can here the turbo when chopping off the throttle the BOV blows off into the intake so under the hood it would be too hard to hear I could try and get a video to show how much you can here it
The straight is a 35deg just like stock but much better quality so all rollers will touch, the reverse angle is a 33/35deg and will give a little more low end rpm. I talked to lonn today and they still haven't received the new springs but were tracking them down they are in shipment.
X2 get the 33/35 helix and the clutch kit works well stock and now I'm running 280hp TD tune and same clutch weights that's the beauty of this kit! It's very adjustable! I recommend Thunderproducts clutching and TD tunes if you ever decide to tune! Both have great customer service backing there...
