Mine has two year
Lots of opinions and no real world riding yet. Guess heard this about turbo cat when it came out also. If it’s a dud it’s a dud and no matter what people will want them. They sold out quick.
It just might not be either;)!
I agree that Yamaha can up their hp easily but I...
Buy it or send me info and I will!!!
It is faster as stated above and I had 3000 miles on one when I sold my 19 Tcat. I run angled backers and less amount of studs also. Ran 128 1.63 and it hooked as good ( I think maybe a bit better) than the traditional 192 w standard backers
You don’t have to believe it but to my point
The shootout is a joke anyway
Our stock Tcat was beaten over and over by the 850 n/a. There are a slew of them over where we race and they are all fast. In fact take out a lot of high hp 998s because of traction. They plain leave out of the gate...
Bone stock 850 n/a w clutching
And sideshows sled runs good it looks like
Not a competition for sure but this can give an idea on how 850s stock with clutching run that can’t beat STOCK Tcat/sidewinder
We will see
Can tune them ourselves with torque link and there may be a link ecu available also
I know we will be on little st germain between Christmas and new years
Ill have two all black vr1 s
Better bring chisels;)!
Could be and I had that discussion yesterday about belt life on the rx1. It was great.
Cat zuke 1000 2 stroke was bulletproof but was no four stroke for longevity. Would run 121 mph on radar every day.
I know the cat speedo is accurate also and In the up on cfr 1000 you could run 110-115 all...
Anything mechanical can fail and there really isn’t an argument from anyone that a four stroke outlasts a two stroke. That’s obvious.
The 850 was against one of our own sleds.
There isn’t any reason to lie but I guess if you want to call it that you can. The poo leaves on it and good luck...
Rideable? Absolutely
850 n/a properly clutched (7900 from dig then climbing to 8150) they are running 8400 out of the box
stock Tcat we have got beat multiple times in a drag race. Are they as fast at the end of the run? Probably not. It’s catch up and when you lose two to three sleds out of...
That’s funny you say that when you get upset when others call you out on your sled? I personally wouldn’t give skidoo a look, well I saw the g5 and o_O! Or wtf!!! Lol I bet that doesn’t affect your decision though huh. I had two xcr850s with zero problems?
Lots have zero issues and a lot...
I also hope it is competitive and pushes the aftermarket’s to keep pushing the envelope on all the manufacturers sleds
I think it’s great to have so many options but now I need some pistons or a spare 850motor!! Lol
