Is the 91 non ethanol? If not i would definitely drain it out(the plastic hand pumps with bulb at the top like used for keresone work great) ethanol fuel breaks down in less than 2 months & causes alot of issues with tank, pump, injectors etc

They sure can tell, i think it was in kingers sidewinder post that showed pages of info that yamaha (& all others)can retrieve from the machines ,if max boost or rpm for instance are higher than oem they know it was tuned even if it isn’t currently, same applies to trucks, cars& most anything...

So do none of them fit? Im sure those gaskets vary greatly in quality/size, i would clean the od of pipes where gaskets go with some sandpaper etc& make sure there are no burrs on the pipes same for the inside diameter of new gaskets, also measure gaskets vs pipes,to confirm you got the correct...

Not sure how you checked the stators but you should be using a multimeter set on ohms(upside down horseshoe)to test for resistance not voltage

This truly shows terrys passion for the sport, he works all day&then after work he spends half the night to get this sled converted for summer drag racing&at the speeds he is running you have to be on your game wrenching on these machines as any mechanical error could have drastic consequences...

Did you check stator& pickup coil output with multimeter?did you use oem or aftermarket parts?

You can get the old style spoked accessory wheel, verify your axle diameter is 20mm

Morg sorry didnt mean to hijack your thread with track talk,congrats on your new sled,02vipermoody did the studs pull out? Any witness marks in tunnel from balooning? Problem with pretty much all tracks is as soon as you drill a hole for studs your warranty is gone, but cannot do without studs...

Was it a t320?? Im riding an old sled rx1(1.25x 136)so lower hp but havent had any issues yet& hope not too, have 108 warthog 1.38 & studboy power plate backers, im definetly not easy on it & so far it still looks like new& no issues

Sorry to hear that what a pia!! After i had fully rebuilt my chaincase& installed a newer skid I had an issue with another brand track coming apart on one side, it only had about 500 miles on it& fortunately i hadnt studded it yet,also it happened close to season end so i didnt lose any riding...

Yes a g-out is a big hole or washout in the trail, when he bottomed out he hit the very bottom of the chaincase & cracked the mounting ear causing the fluid to leak out

Yeah it was like that on our last ride last year.we rode mostly backcountry & ungroomed trails& did fine
