That's a really awesome write up VyperNation! Hasn't been much feedback on this sled, so greatly appreciated and thanks for sharing. Lucky dog that you got a chance to ride already!!!
Looking for some tips on splitting the oil tank. I don't want to force something and end up doing something wrong to the tank. Whatever sealant is used on them seems to be really strong. I'd like to install the BOP oil tank gasket, but need some advice on how to split the tank. Thanks fellas!
So this all is making sense to me now that I reflect back on my last two seasons. I have a '19 that I then converted over to the new ARCS front-end along with the new rail, etc. because I wanted to have the latest and greatest and needed something to do during the summer months. Well, now that...
This Tech Exchange was posted last year. Cannondale, I think you may have shared it on here.
Yamaha came out with this notifying what the proper rear suspension mounting position should be based on the Non-ARCS and ARCS front-end. Would love to hear from Jaret what Yamaha found in their...

I just received a call from my dealer. He found the leak coming from the manifold where the two pieces must come together. Said oil was seeping out from there. He then mentioned oil must be getting there from the airbox.
Interesting find TPAY. Why would Arctic Cat use the upper hole and Yamaha use the lower hole? I remember last year Yamaha sent out a bulletin notifying all dealers the lower hole was to be used on all 20's. So now confused as ever why Cat is using upper and Yam using lower.
I have. I think the changes to the '20+ front end has improved the front end handling even more. I always thought the front-end was the best vs the other front-ends found in the competitive sleds, but the improvement is even better with less inside ski lift and even more predictable control...
For this year I switched out my ice scratchers from the tunnel ones to the BRP rail ice scratchers. When I took my skid out this year, I noticed the bolt holes on the hanger for the upper iddler wheels were egged out a bit, which concerned me, so I am going a different route this year to see...
