Don't fill it, just a pump or two at most. I've always used an impact, but others claim it will damage the shaft.

I've had success using a couple pumps of grease in the crankshaft. Then insert the puller and run it down. The grease seems to increase the force of the puller and the clutch pops off.

More than likely you've got to high of concentration of antifreeze or an air bubble in your system. I'm coming up on 14,000 miles on mine in all kinds of conditions. Never seen the overheat light. No idea if it'll shut down before completely overheating.

Big_Phil, I've pretty much got one of those. Factory race team front end with a Cat 141 set back for 144 in a Nytro. 1st is as I bought, 2nd has a 153 extension, Kolpex gas can, Skinz tunnel bag, Powderhounds, bar relocate ,Lake Effect riser,Roctoyz HID lights, and a Yamaheater.

That was available only on Yamaha Japan built 144 skids. Put over 10,000 miles on my Apex XTX with one.

Well , in order to tension your track properly, you'll need the same size wheel. I've never used billet on any of my sleds, so I'm not much help there. Check EBay or the classifieds here on TY. Post up a want to buy thread. So one might have some on a shelf they are willing to part with. Good luck!

There is a snap ring that holds the bearing in the wheel. Looks like it failed and what you have left is just the bearing. You'll need a new wheel assembly. Some of the newer wheels have the bearing molded in the wheel.

There is a tiny retention clip for the throttle cable . Did you remove that or just tugged it out. Check that 1st and then check your free play.

Check your chain case tension. Finger tight and back out 1/4 turn. I've had every 1 of my sleds make this noise at 1 time or another. Usually it cures it. If this doesn't do the trick, you'll likely need to pull the chain case cover and inspect. Could be chain or gears. Could be bearing. How...
