Reserved mine already, dealer originally said shipping in a couple weeks, just called me back and shipping tomorrow. Can't wait!!
ps, got a YXZ for sale:rofl:
Thanks, I was figuring it needed some kind of sealer on there but wasn't sure what. After messing around with just the 1 wheel for a couple hours I'll be having someone else take care of it....my week off is rapidly disappearing
Interesting about the starting issue. I haven't had that with mine or heard about it. I'll have to keep my eyes open for others mentioning that issue.
I did 28x10x14 Fuel Grippers on Fuel Anza beadlocks and 2" Perfex lift. Came home this week and 1 tire was completely flat. Put the soapy...
19 rspec. It was rough out of the box. Then I softened the shock settings and it made a big improvement. But then I put 28" 8 ply radials on and it is pretty rough again. Also have the 2" Perfex lift but hasn't been installed yet. Been thinking about disconnecting the sway bars but my riding...
Just seen this on the Facebook
https://www.yamahamotorsports.com/adventure-reimagined?utm_source=Social&utm_medium=YamahaOutdoorsFacebook&utm_campaign=Teaser&utm_term=Yamaha&utm_content=New-Model
There's 3 things that would get me to drop money
1: 4 seater cvt yxz
2: yxz with sidewinder engine
3: 1000cc wolvy general competition
Certainly won't see them all but come on Yamaha...give me one
I haven't had any issues. And I abuse the launch control. I'm on several YXZ pages on Facebook and I haven't seen the transmission issues you're hearing of. Driveshafts, axles, and a few diffs from overuse of the launch control I've seen on the FB pages
I've seen the video you're talking about. First it was one of the older models, they were geared higher than the 19 and ups. Also the guy didn't know how to drive it. You need to drive a YXZ a little differently than a Razor. And if I remember correctly the YXZ was a stock machine and the Razor...
I ended up picking up a 2020 xtx se a few weeks ago when I was home. Out of the box I thought it was terrible but made some adjustments and got it decent. Didn't get much time on it so will need some more fine tuning next season. But overall after setting it up a little better I think it's...
They kinda have done alot of those things.
New Skis this year
My 2020 has different controls than my 17
New 146 suspension for 2020 XTX
New front end geometry making arguably the best front end in the biz even better
Better plastics on the Vipers than the early years
Alot of other little things...
Yeah I guess "facts vs opinions" wasn't the best choice of words. I don't doubt the issues you had. In the end it comes down to how you conduct yourself not whether you state your problems with a site vendor
That's not true at all, and I've been one of your advocates. It comes down to sticking to facts and not heated opinions......which can become hard to do when the sh@t hits the fan and sprays in your face.....trust me I know.
Been there done that
My 15 Turbo Viper was fun, my 17 LTX LE Hurricane Winder is awesome, and just picked up a 20 XTX SE that I'll probably run the stock muffler tunes on. I love the Cat/Yamaha combo. Sure there's some dumb engineering in there but overall these sleds have been great to me.
