Stock Exhaust Silencer Started my sled on fire

Look for loose rivets and maybe even remove shield and inspect yearly for cracks. I was breaking trail in 1-2ft of powder all morning so it was getting a workout. I think the snow got in and cracked it. Don’t know but Guage went out, lost some power and saw flames going up my leg at same time...

How exactly do you measure 1/8" toe out?

Just ride a 4st Phazer for a bit and you all will figure out how to go with the flow Toe wise. Worst Bumpsteer of any sled ever made I bet! Wasnt bad Handling wise unless you snap a a-arm and ride it with toe in for 50mi. Lesson always error to the toe out dim.

    Opinions pls (Sidewinder Wall Art)

Instead of having a print made find a good local artist and have them actually paint your picture on canvas. I am sure its $ but is no substitute for the real thing and it would be something to keep forever. Worth it.

    Intake Valve Adjustment

If you are doing the Exhaust anyway and I suspect you are then yes pull the intake and set them to top of clearance. (most gap) For sure. The hard part is getting at the tensioner. Rest is not difficult just simple math, cleanliness and dont skip steps. Do it once and 99% never have to do it again.

How exactly do you measure 1/8" toe out?

14" with spindle bolt at 7" At least thats what the Doo Pilots have the tape measure indents in ski at. Its worked for me so I do the same for whatever skis I have on at time.

Anyone decide to rebuild shocks themselves

I I have never charged $60 for a IQS shock. Its $35 for a reservoir or float and $30 for standard shocks. IQS is no different than any Reservoir shock other than its helpful to put them in soft position before removing But I can get around that.
