Looks like I got a couple of good size hole left in my track were the studs decided to leave. Really torn on what track I want to go with. 2107 RTX SE running a 290 hp TD tune with the stock 1.25 ripsaw 2 track studded but thinking I would like to go to an 1.5” track with no studs but not sure...
I have the TD 290 17psi max tune and went from the turbo force 2.5 which for me was too loud to the 3” stock mod and it sounds deeper and only a tad louder at idle but once you are moving you can barely hear it. And I haven’t lost any rpm’s after changing the muffler. Yes it is expensive but...
TD 3” stock mod. Pulled the TD turbo force 2.5 which wasn’t all that loud but had drone to it. The 3” stock mod is perfect and is only slightly louder than stock and running this on a 290 TD tune
Got my TD 3” stock mod back and went to put on and I was reading about torque and tightening the bolts and ran across a comment about an exhaust spring. Didn’t see were one went and don’t have one as there wasn’t one one the TD 2.5 turbo force. Is one really needed and were does it go ? Of...
I was told by TD that the 3” stock mod is quieter than super quiet. I was thinking the super quiet was gonna be what I wanted, now not sure. I don’t want stock quiet, I would like just a little quieter than the turbo force 2.5 with little or no drone
Just bought a 17 winder with a TD 290 tune and has the 2.5 SQ muffler which is a little to loud for me. I would like something half way between this and stock. I have the EVO on my viper and that is perfect. Give me some good suggestions that won’t hurt the performance to much
