My GT with Ohlins bottoms horribly on anything larger then 10" bump. However, it seriously eats up the smaller chatter. I am going for a revalve this year so hopefully it finds a happy medium.

Frank, the Apex oil change kit came with a new filter and only three litres of oil. Hope it's enough. My buddy got the kit for his Nytro and it came with 4 litres.

I have no experience with the programmer but why not go back to stock as much as possible to troubleshoot?

I was told by a guy wearing a Yamaha shirt @ the Yamaha display in Toronto that the dampers probably won't be out this year. It sounds like there are still a bunch of issues with mounting to the older/existing machines. He thought the issue is still being worked on though.

Maybe I will play around with the secondary. I look at these clutch kits but man $400 is a lot. Are there no good recommended setups using stock parts with maybe a helix? Hard to find much. There was so much info for the srx I used to have.

I agree with the guys above. Fuel Injection! No carbs to worry about or clean. As for the extra money for the '08....I would consider it but the only thing I question is the 1.5" track. Does anyone else have more feedback on this? I can see this really eating sliders as you are even farther...
