You have a pic of how you have the bolt in the driveshaft? Putting a new shaft in and looking for ideas(other then driveshaft saver) to stop the bearing from spinning.
2011 N/A Hindle powered nytro, 1.75 track, pcv, autotune, k&n, clutched stock gears, 240lbs on groomed trail with crap traction...110mph speedo 106gps..have not had a chance to run the winder with it. Runs good for a 600cc class sled..
Thanks. How did you find the ms17 on slower twisted trails...40/60mph. Have good trail manners? Realize alot of it is in the clutching (running full td kit)...
Looking for honest opinion if it is worth going from pt cai to ms17. I am aware I will need a few things to step up and sure this has been discussed a million times before but gets of topic easy and the discussion is gone another direction. Looking for reviews from ppl that made the jump.
Thanks
Just hate the engagement...midrange seems sluggish with a softer spring...top end and top rpm are fine..just hard to figure out with not nowing the helix and secondary spring
I have talked to a few members about this kit...it has been around since 2014...whats everyone experience with it. Sled is a 2011 xtx 1:75 bc..full hurricane kit, exhaust, airbox mod, pcv, autotune. Sled is clutched but is terrible below 25mph..engagementis 4800..it has a mash of parts in it...
does anyone recognize this marking? Trying to find out which kit it is out of. Contacted Dalton..there helix and was for a kit but they have not seen this marking before.
With the grey spring comes in around 4300/4400...top rpm is around 9000...strong pull thruout.
Dalton comes in around 4000/4100..top rpm is close to 9000...but seems like a slug in the midrange and top end mph is down a couple. I talked to a few ppl that also said they like the pull of the long...
