what would happen when riding with out limiter straps hooked up? The reason is because my apex mtn has no transfer until I unhook straps. With them loosened all the way they are still tight and I get no transfer
My sled has a bad vibration was only at higher speeds now it’s starting at lower speeds. I took everything apart chaincase oil was pretty dirty but everything seemed fine in there. The only thing I found was the set screws on the bearing by the speedo sensor where missing. Driveshaft would slide...
think I have the wrong limiter straps on 06 apex mtn. I have them all the way out and still no ski lift. Could someone measure theirs and see how long they are. Mine on the longest setting are 7 1/4 from center of bolts
Maybe Yamaha will do the same thing they did with side x side and be the first to have a manual transmission in a snowmobile. Be fun to rev it up and drop the clutch lol
Extreme max monster dolly works great! It works great with my 129” apex and 162” apex. Can move them around good on gravel to with big tires. Just don’t leave sled hanging on it because tires get flat spots from the weight. Think they are foam filled but go back to round when you let it sit.
Still can’t get any transfer the only thing that isn’t stock is I have timbersled drop brackets. Could they be the cause? My gearing is 19/40 is that to low and blowing out track? Should I look at something that is stuck on suspension?
