My original plan was to up-grade to the wider SLP Powder Pros but they will end up costing over $700 cdn! After doing lots of searches here on our awesome site I found that a lot of riders like the older style Yamaha mountain ski ( 2010 & earlier). My question is, how much hardware, rubber...
Ya I would send my shock to star suspensions but they are in QC & I am at the Ontario/Manitoba border, would cost probably around $40 for shipping + the work on the shock. I just help a friend of mine who rebuilds/revalves shocks & could do the revalving on mine. Oh well, if I can't find...
By the sounds of things it is $300 well spent. I wounder if I could just put the rear part of the kit in because I can not figure out exactly what the front part does, lol.
Was going to ask Robert before I order my kit but he is out of town all this week.
OK, I have the rear part of the star suspension linkage figured out as to how it works but still can't figure out what the front does as the shock mount is located pretty much in the same spot & is stationary. Anyone know what it is supposed to do to the suspension?
Does anybody happen to have a good double stack re-valve spec they could give me? I am going to use the 11mm shim to avoid catastrophic suspension issues in the case of limiter strap failure, but would like a good set up while I am in there.
Thanks :)
