I just put the anti movement washers on my roller bolts and can’t believe how much it quieted down. My primary has 9400 miles and was loud. The shoulder of the roller bolt and where it meets the clutch definitely have some material missing from banging back and forth but these took up the slack...

Ah ha. My sled was a dealer demo with 700 miles when I bought so I never saw the original heat shield, it was changed before it got to me. The thing seems beefy. So I need the inserts that go in the holes, anyone know where to get any? I’m betting I’m out of luck.

Not sure. Looks like it will bolt right up, I’ll check tomorrow. I’ll have to rig something up to take up the space in the holes until I find out what the hell this is.

Looking for a used or new mid pipe heat shield. I got 10,000 miles out of the original but the eyelets finally came out of it. Don’t really want to spend $200 for a new one but…

I’ve had it on for 2000 miles and all is well. The sled now has close to 10,000 miles with the rov still hooked up and never leaked though.
