Thanks for all the input. My chain is probable a touch loose. My dealer told me that this is normal with reverse. Now can any one help me to get this thing to handle a little better. Ski doo ski's no studs. Who has a good set up.

Yes, my sled does have reverse but this free play seems extreme. About that collar on the jack shaft. Mine came loose last year already and was updated and fixed. If that collar comes loose your secondary will get tight. {no movement in or out] Is there anyone with reverse that could check...
Last year I had my chain case blow up at 100+ MPH. I got it fixed and now I am having similar problems. When I pull the brake there is alot of free play and it clunks. Not smoot at all. When I took off my belt I can rotate the secondary or brake disc about 2 1/2 to 3 inches. Any suggestions...

I thought it handled great on smooth flat trails. In the bumps or if I launched a it would feel very stiff and tippy. Will the 04 springs mount right on my 03. To all that are giving feed back it is much aprreciated.

I am looking for advice. I installed a 11mm sway bar on my sled and I think it is to stiff. Last spring I talked with a Yamaha tester at Pat's Yamaha in the UP and he told me to install the longer links and keep the 11mm bar installed. He said this would give you the feeling of a 10.5mm sway...
