    flat spot on driven roller

Well, I feel I need to revise my report on the Hauck rollers, which I initially indicated varied in OD from roller to roller. On closer inspection they appear to be slightly tapered. The OD on one edge is .870", and the other is .875". My stock rollers measured .868". I decided to install with...

    flat spot on driven roller

I purchased the Hauck rollers. Not too impressed. They vary in size about 5 thousands from one roller to the next, also about 10 thousands larger than stock. Then you have 3 small washers for shims to put on the sides of the rollers. Not impossible, but more work than should be needed. I changed...

    how are the curve skis?

Woody's Slim Jim for Curves & C&As....SC4-5000 = 4" carbide, SC6-5000 = 6" carbide, SC8-5000 = 8" carbide. Slim Jims will need a little bending at the ends to follow "the curve". They also stick down about 7/8", compared to about 5/8" for the shapers.

I agree on the crappy bars. The bars specd by Dan will set you back $130, hence the higher price on the 6.9s

    Pilot 6.9 ski's installed

RDAY, I've noticed the same thing. You can but a set of curve's for $300, plus another $40 for the mount kit, which you may or may not need.
