Vent hose is attached to the top of the tank, right below the handle bars, then runs down the left side. It could be pinched somewhere on the top of the tank.
I've got about a 1000 miles on my curves w/ 6" shapers. Works pretty well everywhere except very hard packed rutted trails like RR grades......very scary to go much over 50 on some of them....
But I think I finally got this sled working much better, & all it takes is money.
Put the floats...
I got the codes out of the service manual......other than that I can't help much. But.......if it were mine......2 things come to mind.
1st would be moisture in a wiring connection somewhere....or possibly low battery voltage. Guess I would get it inside a warm shop & let her dry off & make...
Fault code 33........Malfunction detected in the primary lead of the cylinder-#1 ignition coil
Fault code 34......same thing for cylinder #2
Fault code 35......same thing for cylinder #3
Bub.......try removing at least 1 of the inner idler wheels. I had my sled hanging 5' off the ground & there was no way I could turn those nuts..........just not enough room. Get rid of the idler wheels & you should have room to turn the wrench.......
YMMV
I think with the right trail conditions, running maybe 60 - 70 mph on hard pack with a lot of miles between stop signs you may get 120 miles/tank, but around here with road crossings every 1-2 miles & the occasional drag racing across a field, jumping a drift here & there.....100 miles per tank...
EGGZAKTLEE.......
Work OK if I'm riding hard........but start waitin for others at stop signs, and the warmers turn into "COOLERS" in a hurry....... :o| :o|
I don't know that there will be any demo rides. Last year they only had the new Nytro there for demo, and the other manufacturers had nothing to demo.....showed only a handful of new sleds......
I don't think this sled is built for stutter bumps. I ride with my brother who has a Blade Striker w/M10 suspension. He flies through the stutter bumps while I'm gettin a whoopin!! When we get to the big bumps, he's the one getting all beat up & I'm just having a ball!!
srxtim, how many...
