That's pure crap if it's true...if they are making partial deliveries to all these dealers, the partial delivery should be snow check first and the rest later.

Yamaha customer service is like talking to a 16 year old kid at Home Depot trying to sell you light fixtures...they don't know sh!t. I snow checked my blue XTX in March and I'm still waiting. My apex and both nytro's I always let the fuel pump cycle before starting and never had any issues. When it's been sitting out overnight in the cold, I will turn on the key, let it cycle, turn the key off, then turn it on again before starting...helps a ton when starting it cold. The oil...

Had an apex and most recently two nytro's. Rode the viper last spring at the demo. Compared to a apex or a nytro, the best word to describe the ride on the viper is "effortless"

I also like that Yamaha Snowmobiles USA facebook page is posting pictures of floor models at all of these dealers around the country and I have ZERO idea when my snow checked blue/white XTX is gonna show. MY dealer called Yamaha two days ago, chewed them...

You could expect about 135 to 150 miles per tank if you can get 9 gallons in it.

I think we're talking about two different windshields...I got the super low windshield, basically an ornament...the gauges are higher than the windscreen.

I have the low blue windshield with the strobe graphics sitting at my dealer along with all my other accessories I ordered...just waiting for a #(%$&(#&* SLED to put them on!!! The windshield looks awesome BTW.

I would be shocked if it had anything to do with when you snow checked...that makes absolutely no sense logistically. If one guy snow checks the first day and another guy snow checks the last day, at the same dealer, you're telling me they are gonna ship those two sleds to the same dealer 3...

This is what I was told also...they can't make you pay for the sled before you take delivery and the snow check financing must be filed before November 30th. I never read the fine print, just what my dealer told me.

This is my 4th snow-checked Yamaha...all 4 were/are a first year model. The latest I ever picked up a snow-checked sled was October 31st. I will admit I am very anxious and running out of patience but I would agree with you, Yamaha doesn't owe you, me or anyone else that doesn't have a Viper...
