That on the edge of breaking down. Put it on backwards and it will have twice as much slop. Bushing wears on a angle.

The chain adjuster is to be set at 1.5 turns out from finger tight. IMPORTANT

We are doing some testing this season on the smaller wheels. I have 4000 miles on my Sidewinder and the stock wheels are all good still. I will test on my F1000. It can eat cat wheels every ride it seems. JT

What model 19? The 141 and longer will still use the factory trihub. 137's use the new style longer axle.

don't recommend that. You can buy the 19-20 rails.

If your talking to me yes it does but is for the 19-20 models. No retro fit to older models.

This is the super duty 19-20 axle. You'll can wad up the whole sled and this will still be a reusable good part.

Most people don't know that JT Trihub and Stealth kits push against the outer diameter of the stock adjuster and pushes the adjuster adjuster directly against the rail. The stock axle push at the center bottom of hole and stresses the cast adjuster.

J&T products will make the adjusters part of our axle on our wheel kits on our next run of axle. That will be next month I believe. Will be no extra charge on our big wheel kits.

We do have a wheel I think will work well. They are $34.00 ea. Black only. keep a eye on those back wheels also. There the same as the small ones only bigger. We have a super duty all 4 wheel kit for the 19-20 models also. JT

I did and the gears were flush with each other. Makes me wonder about the top gear being wider than bottom so its really not lined up.

Didn't know BOP was anodized. Its not cost effective for us anymore to anodize because the company that used to do our parts closed.
