The Stealth kit replaces the stock faulty trihub and add outside will also. The wheels are bigger to prevent the hyfax wear at the rear and have much larger bearing that are replaceable. The stock trihubs average about 3000 to 4000 miles before they can cause serious problems.

It runs high normal operating temp so it dont take long to start the overheat when not cooling. Im going to use scratchers this season. I let mime idle 30 seconds before shut down also.

Older wheels are 5.63 and newer ones are 5.5. I really think Cat made them smaller to take some load off wheels in hopes they would last longer. the difference is very small. Also the more the hyfax wear the more the wheel wear.

Already had that in mind. Will go back to the 2016 mounts and larger bolts. Customers with newer sleds will have to drill the wheel mount holes a little bigger. I dont trust then thin bolts used now. Afraid they will break and send wheel and mount into the spinning track and F up stuff! $$$$

Will be a solid plastic wheel but will have the thick rubber like from the 90's that dont come apart.

I will check into making this kit again. I made a few for the firecats that were also bad for wheel failures. They will last like I said and studs will have no affect on them.

I can make a small wheel kit that will last as long as the sled buy are people willing to pay? Might be close to $60 a pair.

I would not even think to put something that ugly on my sled. The JT kit will most likely outlast the owner. We see 10,000 miles regularly without any maintenance.

The problem with the stock 2019-20 wheels other than there the crappiest wheel ever made is the bearing is much thinner than the heavy duty bearing we use that have the wide bearings. That is why the JT kit has the longer axle. And comes with aluminum spacers. Also the adjuster bolt will not...

Travis, How do you think a Oring or something similar between the rotor and inner bearing race would do if it had a washer tightened up against the rotor to keep it all tight?
