I can make a small wheel kit that will last as long as the sled buy are people willing to pay? Might be close to $60 a pair.

Pinnin' it!

I’d be interested in a kit to replace all 6 idler wheels in my SRX skid.

Rubber chunking is usually from studs. Especially at bend.
I will check into making this kit again. I made a few for the firecats that were also bad for wheel failures. They will last like I said and studs will have no affect on them.

Is it possible to make a 'rubberless' design or do you build your kits with wheels that are premanufactured? That was probably the best benefit to the SlyDogs wheels - nothing to chunk or break off and ice/snow doesn't stick well to UHMW plastic.
Will be a solid plastic wheel but will have the thick rubber like from the 90's that dont come apart. Is it possible to make a 'rubberless' design or do you build your kits with wheels that are premanufactured? That would be awesome! Mine goes through the two by bend pretty much seasonally. Will be a solid plastic wheel but will have the thick rubber like from the 90's that dont come apart.

I have a 2018 Vector. Are these wheels the true good ones from Yamaha & not the yamacat ones that fall apart.
Got parts coming and will see what the costs will be to make it worth selling. Stay tuned!

Larson axle is the best, billet aluminum.
Got about $550 or more into that rear axle set up?View attachment 149363

Yea i Think it was $280 for the axle kit then another $100 a piece for the outside wheels.Got about $550 or more into that rear axle set up?
But the axle is bulletproof! You could just run the wheels that come with it, they are solid.

I'm in.
My J&T kit is still tight after 7500 miles. OverFreakinKill bearings are still perfect.
Wheels look new & most know that i am NOT easy on anything.
It was the only thing that made it unscathed in my "Torn Tunnel of '18".
They are like the "Black Box"of the rear wheel world

Can you make it bolt on with something other then the 6-32 screws used on it now?
