Solid Bogey Wheel Replacement

I'm in.
My J&T kit is still tight after 7500 miles. OverFreakinKill bearings are still perfect.
Wheels look new & most know that i am NOT easy on anything.
It was the only thing that made it unscathed in my "Torn Tunnel of '18".
They are like the "Black Box"of the rear wheel world

Can you make it bolt on with something other then the 6-32 screws used on it now?
Already had that in mind. Will go back to the 2016 mounts and larger bolts. Customers with newer sleds will have to drill the wheel mount holes a little bigger. I dont trust then thin bolts used now. Afraid they will break and send wheel and mount into the spinning track and F up stuff! $$$$

After 9 years of Stealth rear wheels kit and thousands of happy customers we have many customers running around with over 10,000 miles! I will say its time for new bearing just to be sure you have no problems coming.

Truth be told I have never heard of either of these kits having issues. For the money the JT kit is the best deal for sure. I just wanted the bling factor of matching axle and wheel aluminum finish. :dunno:

Does anyone know the diameter of brand new '19 or '20 idler wheel? Wondering how they compare in size to the older style in the 14-18 chassis.

There are some off the shelf wheels that will fit right onto the 14-18 skids. These appear to have thicker rubber than the stock 14-18 wheels.

Older wheels are 5.63 and newer ones are 5.5. I really think Cat made them smaller to take some load off wheels in hopes they would last longer. the difference is very small. Also the more the hyfax wear the more the wheel wear.

Did you measure rails on a 19+ to see if they relocated mounting holes? With smaller wheel they could have likely lowered holes by 1/16" of an inch to compensate.
