Speed

Usually when a tune is referred to as 270 its Hurricane. You could call Hurricane and with your serial number they should be able to tell you if its their tune.

Most tunes have the vendors name show up on the dash when you power the sled up.

Things to check: -if you haven't already...get it in a warm place and thaw it out completely -check for water in solenoid hoses - boost tubes split or off completely...check the one that hooks to the turbo - hose or connection has come off of map sensor -and IMO most likely...you need a new Map...

These sleds can be a real challenge to completely bleed all the air from the cooling system. If you use the search function there should be lots of tips and techniques on " bleeding the cooling system" or "overheating.

Replace all the relays with sealed ones while you are at it.

Is the secondary or primary clutch sticking or binding? If the clutches are not releasing or returning to their resting position it could cause the sled to stall at idle. Dont know how that would cause knock light though.

I thought I saw them on RM stators website...and they still show available on Partzilla Yamaha parts.

The heads tend to crack around the casting plugs visible under the valve cover. The plugs look like big pipe plugs and the cracks are hard to detect but around these. I think it was Turboflash that posted a picture of the cracks a few years ago?

I am considering installing a set of Snow Trackers on my 2019 X-TX LE that has the Mountain style skiis like the BTX and Mountain SWs. Has anyone tried this combination?
