So... I have had a Back Country 141 x 1.75" Track on my 2019 Tuned SW since it was new, lots of miles on this track. In NWO we typically don't run studs. I have had for many years a 144 2 ply 1.6 Ice Cobra track and a new drive shaft with 10 x 2.52" drivers ready to convert this sled to a 144...

Just got in from a 300 mile day ride in North Western Ont...trails are still great but we have a big warm up coming.

Maybe swap out the coils or move the number one coil to another cylinder and see if the problem moves with the coil.

From what I have read...the uniqueness of the 144" Ice Cobra track is that it is a two ply track unlike the other Cobras all being one ply tracks so I am hoping it is more resilient then your typical Cobra track. For years I have had all the components to convert the sled, a 2.52 x 10 complete axle, and a 2.52" pitch 2 ply 144 x 1.65"...

Not to Hijack but...I am thinking of a pre studded 1.65 Cobra Ice track on my SW. Will there be enough clearance for that track with out needing protectors?

I think one of the most cost effective solutions to the cat clutch issues is to order in and install a Sidewinder jackshaft, find a good used Apex clutch, Sidewinder Secondary and run Yamaha clutches! If I had to replace my SW, and wanted a brand new sled, I would be looking at a new TCat and...

My 2019 SW Thumb and Handwarmers work great! I would say they are almost as good as my Apex with Yamaheaters as I can rarely have them on full heat.

Maybe post that request for chassis help in the Sidewinder trail forum it gets more traffic/views.
