Sounds about right Tim, I was kinda surprised there was no contact at all with the 1.74" with some pretty good sag on lift. Was also really surprised that track had stretched as much as it did. How are you doing? Are you back from the mend yet?

Its a long road and everything is going in the right direction. Not able to get on a sled yet.
Not to Hijack but...I am thinking of a pre studded 1.65 Cobra Ice track on my SW. Will there be enough clearance for that track with out needing protectors?

Is your sled tuned? My SM tune is starting to bend the lugs @ 1800 miles on a 1.6 Cobra. The traction and stopping power are great, longevity?---I don't know yet.
Yes its my tuned sled. My sled came with a 3" pitch 141 x 1.75" Back Country. When I bought the sled I planned on immediately converting it to a 2.52" pitch 144 inch track. For years I have had all the components to convert the sled, a 2.52 x 10 complete axle, and a 2.52" pitch 2 ply 144 x 1.65" Ice Cobra track. I have been so happy with the performance of the 141" track that I have not converted it but now after 6 to 7 years and 1000s and 1000s of tuned miles, the track is starting to show its age so I am thinking of doing the conversion in the off season.Yes.

My 2021 riot 9000 i built also started bending lugs around 1200 miles, then started shedd'n lugs shortly after one hear and there, was running hurricane 240, 270,300 hp high altitude header tunes at the time.Yes.

From what I have read...the uniqueness of the 144" Ice Cobra track is that it is a two ply track unlike the other Cobras all being one ply tracks so I am hoping it is more resilient then your typical Cobra track. I must say the one ply 1.75" Back Country track on my sled has been amazing...tough as kevlar!
