Just traded my '03 RX1 for a 2011 Apex SE and would like advice on breaking the new sled in properly. Any thoughts on a good break-in strategy?

Two questions...first, what is the stock setting on the idle adjustment screw on the '03 RX1 and can you talk me through that adjustment? Second, what chemical do you recommend for pulling and cleaning the carb jets that you consider to do the best job? Thanks for your help.
