Anyone have any experience with installing a grab bar that can be mounted for use by a child positioned in front of the driver? Everything I see on line appears to be flexible which wouldn't be effective under brake. I thought I remembered a comment with pics on a TY thread some time ago but for the life of me cannot find it. Any info or advice would be appreciated.

kids are better behind you for safety. It is harder to see them, but under hard braking or should you happen to hit something you don't run the risk of crushing them against the bars.
Thus the reason there is so many styles of straps and such for a passenger to hold onto the driver from behind, not in front.
