Did you check for any shorts to ground on the stator? It should be infinite or OL. Also check the AC voltage coming out of the stator on each leg. Each should be like 42V AC and even across each leg.

You mean the heat exchanger at the front of the tunnel? Nope. That's your main cooling device. You would probably overheat quick without it for both the cooling it does and the overall system coolant capacity.

Pretty sure they are. Wheels are the same. Even though track on the Phazer is narrower, the axle assembly is the same.

The Lo OP message when it's first started, it will show that until oil pressure builds up after running a couple of seconds. It should go out. If it doesn't go out or it appears while riding, then you have an actual oil pressure problem.

There is also a ground wire at the battery that has a connector that can corrode and become flaky. Clean and grease it or eliminate it altogether by splicing the wires together.

Try swapping it with another relay. Maybe it's just worn. Did a quick search and it seems the Vipers also get this problem. Is it your fuel pump not coming on or it's not cranking?

Did you check voltage and ground at the coils? Fuses? Even if chain timing was off, it would spark. Also try bypassing TORS.
