Cracked rail - will it hold

Pull the skid out and leave the rails connected, take to a welder and it will be good as new. Check a few other parts while it is out and grease it all up. The install back into the sled is really fast.

MPI Nytro 12 volt Turbo Oil Pump Failure

First ride of 2016 and my 12v rear mounted turbo oil pump failed. This one does not have the rubber boot. Who else makes a pump that I can install? Can the MPI pump be re-built. This failed after sitting all summer, could this have been prevented? NAPA has a fuel pump that is similar but...

    Mountaintech 38" +3" A Arms Test Report

Got the install completed and far simpler than I thought it would be. My first ride was great, lighter steering, quick turns and the sled carved and handled like a new sled. Camber and caster are a nice thing to be able to now adjust. Peter who makes and sells these is great at answering...

Check your spindle lower ball joints. If they are shot it will be real hard to turn, I have changed mine out twice. Raise the front off the ground and check for play.

tunnel Ice- anyone ever figure out a way to stop it?

I just did my 153" MTX after another weekend of tons of ice build up riding in deep snow. I only did 36" from where my tunnel side heat exchanger is located to just short of the bumper. Had to get the under the tunnel muffler exit welded so that it had a 90 degree turn towards the track...

tunnel Ice- anyone ever figure out a way to stop it?

For those of us without the tunnel protectors (long tracks) do you recommend adding square tubes and then installing the plate? I also have the under tunnel exhaust (picture included above). Thanks for providing the drawing, nice work.

Nytro Spark Plugs - Never Changed: Recommendations

Hey all I just did a search on the plugs and found a ton of information. I should have done this search first..... Looks like I should get the CR10's and be done with it, I can always use a few more h.p. on a non-turbo sled. Santa might bring me a turbo next year.

Nytro Spark Plugs - Never Changed: Recommendations

2009 Nytro with stock plugs at 3400 miles. When are you changing your plugs and is anyone trying the CR10EK plugs? Are they worth the cash ($8 each) or are stock plugs fine. I put 6000 miles on my 08' Nytro and sold it that way. Pretty funny topic since I changed my 2 stroke plugs all the...
