I had no probs with mine but you can run the throttle under the bar instead of over the top like stock is so it will pull the same but gives you more play

yes you are correct or the foam will get sucked in thats why you cut holes on the inside of pod and run a zip tie to hold both ;)!

you can also get it from parts unlimited. I have one on mine along with the front and rear bumpers. works awsome :Rockon:

well I got mine now anyhow and got it installed. sounds good but need to do some more clutching to it. looks great also :Rockon:

there is also black rubber inserts that fit into the empty void to the left and to the right of the air box. oh and also a metal reinfoced piece that goes into the front behind the front bumper

idle=1700-1900rpm engagement=4100-45500rpm shift=11100-11500rpm

you can just tip the sled on its side and pull the four bolts out and falls right out. when installing, install the front two first then swing the back in and should line right up. mine does anyways, alot easyier than the cat

lets be a little realistic. first you are in MI and i'm in NY, I have better things to do than to drive to mi to see if you can beat me to the first corner on a 50hp bigger sled lol. come on are you serious. Anyways yes it is just like a dirt bike on snow, ride it like a bike and is a blast.
