I don't think putting different ski's on your sled will make it not hit rpm's & run crappy lol. I put pilots on my rtx & instantly was night & day difference.We tested it to my buddies back 2 back my sled felt like it had power stearing compared to his & no darting at all huge huge difference...

I find the xtx pushes more then my rtx but with more track on the ground what do u expect.you have been riding a shorty thats what your used to then stay with it.hope that helps

It's probably a laim a$$ exuse they gave u because they had an $8.00 an hour machanic/kid workin on it & left the old o-ring on it with the new one. My dealer just did that to my buddies last week oil puddles everywere he stopped. his light was on 2 :o|

I just put pilots on my nytro & my buddies it was so simple.use everything from your nytro. stock rubbers,bolts,spacers put everything in the way it came out on the stock ski. only thing flip the metal washer insert around on the pilots & i cut a small groove in the nytro ski rubber wear it sits...

by the way turning them clockwise increases rebound or slows? I have straighten mine out now thanks. ps i lost my manul so im not sure on the screwdriver clickers & the diles on top. ;)!

Huh dont i feel stupid i thought the front one was the shock & the back one was the rebound.. I probably have mine all screwd up & i was'nt even complaining :o|

I would say the new scott snowmobile goggles. I have a pare but forget what model but they dont fog at all just came in from -10 riding no fog.... But the best part about these goggles are the transitional lenses doring the day they tint themselfs then when it gets darker there totally clear...

I dont understand the apex bar thing because in 06 they had a recall on them.The grips would'nt wrap all the way down around the hooks. So they said you would loose your heat out the hooks.. :o|

For all worried about being to cold on the nytro's I have heated gear that plugs into a thermastat thats wired into the sled & velcroed to my riser. works unbelivable.. You can get jacket liner/ pants liner /socks & heated gloves everything plugs into one another. I just wear turttle neck heated...
