If the customer puts enough studs in the track to get some use out of the anti-lag the thing isn't going to turn without slowing down and letting the front end transfer down. There is no way a sled will go 600 miles with no oil in the chaincase. 20 to 30 would be about the max. It had oil when it was new.

When you say 1/2 quart down where does that put you on your oil level marks right now?

You don't want to fill the oil up to the top mark when you change oil. It will blow it out. I fill mine to the bottom mark. When the sled gets up to normal operating temp the level stays between the marks.

I would check the wires going into the sensor. Perhaps one came loose out of the harness/clip and is shorting out.

Figured it out. When I was putting a little bit of grease on the reverse extension I got some grease on the eye thing on the rack. The sliding rack was not communicating with the sensor. Cleaned it up and all is well.
