It could be worse, Polaris has 850 “ stop sell , and engine replacement “ recall . Those guys won’t be getting their sleds anytime soon , and I wouldn’t want it after that kind of mass recall.5 sleds, not much but its a start.

I didn't posted but there was a hour long NPR (radio) discussion yesterday about it and it also addresses the lack of the physical metal containers (Long Beach) so the ship can't do a transpacific route, however, not sure how/if this impacts Yamaha supply chain. I'm thinking maybe the Jan delivery is "optimistic". At some point I'm selling current sled and cancelling 2022 sled...use the dollars for 2023. I spoke to the dealer.Container ships backed up big time waiting to unload in ports in California. Huge bottleneck there from covid and covid regulations.

They don't build the sleds by the dates they are ordered. They build one model at a time for a few days and then they switch to another model. if you ordered an SRX on the first day of the snow check program you aren't going to get it any sooner than the guy that ordered one on the last day of the snowcheck program. Unless they have more than one run of certain models.

I realize this, BUT I could swear that during the spring pro-mo video's they said that the earlier the order the earlier the delivery. They don't build the sleds by the dates they are ordered.
