    Limter straps generally get eaten because the hyfax is severely worn. Solve the wear issue, and install anti stab kit on the front of the rail.

    My brother has the MCX 180 kit. Rides it like a wounded indian. No problems with the kit. P.S. His sled will skull drag my stockish sled....

    Also must note that we raced 1/2 mile in powder conditons last weekend. 2 foot or so... I was up to 100-110km/hr ish max. He was doing 170km/hr when he ran out of field. he was ahead by 300 yards at the 1/2 mile mark.

    i have over 5000km on my 08. Nothing broke for tie rods or upper/lower ball joints. BUT they are completely slopped out. I am changing them all in the spring but hopefully not with OEM

    OMG is all I can say... New Skis New Sled

    I installed those new Yamaha wide skis a few weeks ago. It almost makes me sick to think I rode that POS for 4000km with the stock skis. It handles unreal and steers very light.

    I have blown thre factory belts. Vented the clutch for more air this season so we'll see. Clutch looks good at 3800km :drink:

    Oil change-no filter

    Change the filter as well. If your changing the oil, change the filter. Its only a few bucks and its good Preventative maintenance practice as well.
