    Ohlins Electronic shock problems AGAIN!

Since I bought a used sled with the ESC, it is my first experience with broken wires. My question is, why didn't they make the harness and solenoid pigtail wires out of heavier gauge wire with a thicker jacket ? :o| Not sure I would fix it again, probably a different shock would be in...

Thanks snowman, I did download and print that before I started the install. Don't need the expense and aggravation again. Thanks for the heads up. Looking forward to my first ride on my new to me 06 Apex GT next week.

    Newbe Here, ECS shock problem

Thanks for the reply whitedust, I wasn't suggesting that they were not a good shock. What i was thinking is, if i replace the solenoid and it turns out the problem is in the ECU I might better have put the cost of the solenoid toward a new shock. The solenoid is definitely dead, no ohms. Guess...

Hello All, Glad to be a forum member. Recently purchased a used 06 Apex GT. The shock wire was broken, soldered them together. Still will not switch into shock mode on the mode switch. I have 12 volts at the wire harness to the shock plug. I have not tested the solenoid yet, which I...
