Well I did the set up that was aan the sticky. WOW! HUGE improvement. I also widened the skis. I could maybe tighten the center spring a tad bit more. If you have not done this set up to your xtx you should. Thanks guys. Next Lake effect bar risers & tank bag. That will be it for this year.

Try to get this thing figured out. I have a 11 nytro xtx and the thig is just a bear to steer. I have 4 inch duallys and no studs. How can I lesson the steering effort with out creating a terrible push?

If you are talking about your sled wanting to stay in someone elses ski tracks thats darting or tracking... Get the duce wear carbides problem will go away. Had the same issue on all of my yamaha's with these ski's put duallys on and tracking or "darting" was gone. You may want to check the air...

The only thing I have done to this sled is put dually's on it. ( won't own a sled with out them) I will say the steering is a bit heavy but I think just raising the front ride height a touch will cure that. Otherwise all settings are still on factory sets.

I can not tell you how impressed I am with the new XTX nytro. Coming from a 08 rtx. Yamaha gets a A+ for the changes they have made to . improve these.
