I ended up taking some material off of the end cap and I've had no issues with rubbing yet. Got a about 200km in deep snow and rough trails since the track install. Also let the rear springs loose and put blocks under the front skid shock to bottom it out and i had about 1/2" of clearance.

Thanks everyone. I ended up grinding some plastic off the tip of the rails. Took the sled out for a ride and everything seems fine.

I bought a skinz under tunnel exhaust last year and the guts of it fell out. only lasted me about a month.

I would like to make some more of those seat brackets but i dont have my own tube bender but I am planning on buying one this summer. The handle bar riser is just a 2" ROX pivoting riser and I have a CR racing steering post relocator.

Yes i made it myself. Bent the tubing at work and welded it up at home. The bracket is just rivited to the seat pan and it seems to be rigid and should hold up quite well.
