i just did mine it's 2012 apex se i too will put 23 top gear in it you have 2 choices,1 you can machine inner and outer sheave or 2 my way of doing it, do only the movable sheave. This way you will not have to mess around with keys on fixed sheave. I've now done 2, one @ .015 thou on nitro and...

try 1.175 studs they work on 1.25 ripsaw 1/4 inch out of track (170 down the center all doubles)

I was wondering if anyone is using 1.175 studs on 1.25 ripsaw? funny thing is it sticks out of track by about 1/8 to 1/4 thats my fix on my 2012 apex se
