Check the fuel pump flange on tank mine leaked there. If its leaking there pull pump and use some permatex or silicone gasket maker that is fuel resistant and let it sit overnight before using. Pete

I have the 2012 and grips are fine. Very rarely turn them all the way up except when below 0 deg F. Then up initially then back off alittle. Pete

Ok so it's part of the block where cable is held down in block by this clip. Do you have a friend who has same machine you could see this clip and possibly just make one. Otherwise if it's anything like BMW you have to buy the whole block. Which I agree is stupid!! Pete

It sounds like the swedge on the end of the throttle cable broke off. It would be better just to replace the entire throttle cable with a new one around $33.00. better safe than sorry out in the boondocks. Pete

Yup Wife didn't catch me cutting up her cutting board. Nice hard and durable plastic for shimming the radiator. Pete

The shim went under both mounting bolts on radiator. I used the seal provided with my trail tank. Pete

Here is some pics of the radiator mounts and you can see the new blue fuel line tank vent with a loop in it that then heads to the left foot well. Pete
