Yup. So phazer a-arms? Tell me. Guess you’ve seen my sled? It’s still fun and gets a lot of attention but it’s still not as nimble in the hills as I want it to be.
In Swedish but lots of pictures. Still runs great. Haven’t even changed the oil...

Oh. Don't remember exactly. Camber is about 15 mm per side (a lot). Caster is changed by using older Nytro ski spindles. About 7-10 mm? Or something like that. More camber made it far better in every aspect. Couldn't really feel any difference on the caster because I did change skis at the same...
I'll buy one - if it's cheaper than original.
I've changed to (a lot) more camber and (little) more caster on mine.
And I'd like that spec on an aftermarket kit. I like the original width on my MTX, but it would be nice to know how it feels if it were maybe 2" narrower.
I've tried to ask by mailing and calling. The number doesn't work and no reply on mail. And it's way to expensive to buy part by part, and there's only one spindle, but there's two Nytro spindles but I'm not sure if they'll fit.
I've seen the parts on eBay an emailed the shop for a kit but they haven't replied.
But I'm sure that there are other companies that made front end kits. It would have been nice with a new less heavy setup now when the original is bent.
The C-clips CAN break on a stock machine as well. I actually can't see why higher horsepower would make any difference for the performance of the clips? If I was in your position I would pack the other stock secondary to (you had two, right?) and just go. I've heard that Yamaha made some...
The SRX secondary is probably a better choice. Might need some machining though. The C-clips in the original can break. I'm running a secondary from a v-max.
You're right about killing Tapatalk made this forum slow. Unfortunately.
I would buy som clay an make moulds for glass fibre to seal of...
A friendly advise, take it slow, do it the tight way the first time. All hacks and half done will give you gremlins. And from life experience, you will not find time to go back and do it right.
Hi,
1. Anyone tried these on a turbo sled? Do they coop with back pressure?
2. Where to buy the cheapest exhaust manifold gasket?

1. Nearby the garage there is a copper smelter, at the plant they use a lot of heat shielding. I got this for free. It's none asbestos and it insulates very good. Besides that I do not know. The plan was to transport all the heat to the turbo and not burn trough the gas tank.
2. In Sweden the...
This is so interesting to read. The boondocker kit doesn't have extra injectors like MCX? MCX kit has extra injectors even for the low boost kit.
About the discussion about the original pump I do think it's effective enough for your setup (someone told me it's the same pump as Nytro/viper) but...
Edit: I just realised that your gas is different from ours. I run 98 and STP octane booster (stp is probably overkill).
We measure in RoN. America in both Ron an MoN.

Boost is cool. My system is a bit different from yours and I don't know what turbo etc that you'll be running. But if its the fear of lag that's stopping you from lowering the compression rate you should think again. The little 500 cc produces a lot of heat (a lot!) and the turbo likes heat. And...
Ouch.
My first thought when I saw the slow motion film (cams) was that the chain behaved strange. It kind of jumped a bit on the first cam. Looked lose or as it had a bad link. Didn't comment on that, sorry.
You have the adjuster on the front of the engine.
If that film was on the same...
