Something like the one outlaw built several years ago for this article:

It seems like a great platform to build. According to my research the motor only weighs 4 lbs more than the polaris 2 stroke. With a turbo at elevation it would be the same HP as the two stroke motors (turbo would add 10 more lbs). It would have to have a host of other aftermarket parts as well. I would love to do a build like that but it seems they no longer make many aftermarket parts for the phazer so it would have to be something built when they did.

MPI has not offered s/c kits for the Phazer for several years. The only aftermarket kits these days is offered by MCX. Their lower hp kit would probably be ideal for a more stock based engine. The 140 kit would likely require stronger internals to survive long-term use.
