I bought new rear idler wheels a couple of years ago from Yamaha and after installing I noticed what appeared to be wheel wobble. It ended up being the plastic grey covers were not perfectly centered on the wheel and when rotated they looked to be wobbling.

track tension is probably too loose. Look things over like suggested above. I would also add you want no more than 3 inches of slack in the track at the widest section between track and hyfax.
