That means LOW FUEL and that you've ridden 4 miles since the low fuel indicator first came on. The number will keep going up until you reset the system. I forget how to do it and will look it up and post here unless somebody beats me to it.

I THINK the way to reset it is to turn the key to ON and once the "F 004" shows up, hit the reset button to clear the warning.

It means the fusion proton injector is in level 4. You should be able to time travel above 88 MPH.
As posted... 4 miles since low fuel level detected. Fill up & it will go away on its own.
