    Phazer steering issues

i found a 4" carbide on the inside and 2" on the outside worked well. I also kept the limiter strap in the stock position. Are you running with any studs ?

    Did a new upgrade

You're definitely in for a treat/scare lol. An Apex has basically the power of two phazer motors side by side. 998cc producing 140-160 hp I believe. But the trade off is you're most likely not going to be riding an apex on its side like a phazer as it weighs quite a bit more.

    UP bushman bushings.

It's a tiny bit better now but I could move the handle bars well over an inch either way. There still is some slop now but it cut it down to about half an inch either way. there were also a few shims in the kit to stop some of the up and down play the pivot arms have before moving to the side...

    Will i like a phazer?

You just have to play around with your suspension/carbides to find a comfortable setup. I almost rolled mine...

    Phazer tunnel protector thickness issues...

I made my own protectors from some scrap 1" x 0.06" aluminum square tubing. I bent the ends using some 1/2" steel rod as a bending guide and a set of vice jaws. Just bend and check the fit until they match the curve of the back of the tunnel. I was able to make a couple sets and have them...
