Tried contacting the seller but no response. Does anyone else sell a similar product?

Are you talking about the bushings for the two pivot arms way down under the air box?

I just finished putting in a set from Scmidt Bros. Racing. they replace the steel insert/bushings from the factory with a bulkier steel inserts and hard hard plastic bushings that don't rub against the bolt shafts. I couldn't really tell if it improved the factory steering or not since my machine only has 900 km on it. The slop was crazy for a new sled and my dealer told me it is what it is.

How sloppy? I've seen a couple good aftermarket parts that look well designed and decently priced.
My sled is so sloppy its stupid, every bushing is toast.

It's a tiny bit better now but I could move the handle bars well over an inch either way. There still is some slop now but it cut it down to about half an inch either way. there were also a few shims in the kit to stop some of the up and down play the pivot arms have before moving to the side when turning. There is still some there but I don't know if it's completely avoidable. How sloppy? I've seen a couple good aftermarket parts that look well designed and decently priced.

I guess with all those pivot points it adds up... Time for something better then a quick fix. Thanks again.

Look at this from Yamaha Sweden and see if you can order it on this side of the pond. Its a Yamaha part number. Looks better IMHO but I've been happy with UpBushman's kit.

Just checked and it apparently can be ordered at least in Canada.

Nice sealed bearing, good find. Been looking for a heim joint that can drop in with little to no machining.

That bearing kit is OK at best. I have it and there is still a lot of movement. I have since got some 1" machine bushings and taken out some of the vertical play (which helped quite a bit). But still from what I have seen not as tight as the UP Bushman kit.

Yeah the UP Bushman kit is bar none amazing. Give him some time, he should get back to you at some point. I picked up a set from him just a few months back. So worth the wait- not to mention that sweet pea was ecstatic her Phazer turned right.
