IQS Issues. Code C1526.. Anyone else?

iQS module needs to be replaced , these are sealed modules , I haven't had time to disassemble and diagnose the failed component(s). After the season is over and if I remember ...I will put my electronics surgeon hat on and repair ....I had a few spares but down to one helping out...

    Ns1 gauges

I would just do the G8 Garmin dash display if your looking to minimize the devices ....looking at the cabling included in the premium retro kit , it looks like the diagnostic sensors signals are through the CanBus....so it looks like a pretty simple retrofit with possibly some simple pigtail...

    Ns1 gauges

The G8 display would be the ultimate retrofit ....but abit steep for this upgrade....this is my conservative setup utilizing a spare android phone for data logging and a Garmin DS 66 not to get lost .....all the data display that I wanted at a fraction of the cost of a G8 or the NS1....

    24 SRX boost hose

If you're going to tune the sled , these are a must, besides the premature dry rot which I have also seen , I've seen that tube burst at the side seam.....I know it sucks, brand new sled never seen daylight and the charge tube is already trash....good money paid for a sled and this ....but...

    24 SRX boost hose

It is best to upgrade the charge tubes to silicone, especially the one that is on discharge side of the intercooler leading to the plenum. If you do a boost leak test you would see how much that particular OEM hose/tube swells , I was shocked to see amount of swell from that stock hose/tube...

    Flasher issues

Have you tried a different usb port ? If you have ,I would reinstall the GAP application....from your description it looks more like a communication issue than a hardware issue .

    EPS Conversion?

FYI....if you were to use ( diagnostic connector #1 (4 pin) for your CanBus connection you will not be able to use your GAP flasher for live data logging . If you're not data logging you're good to go with part#25 listed by earthling(good comprehensive list !) The other option is to use...

    SD 24 Code

The SD24 is a no signal to the ecm from the O2 sensor , whenever you start your sled the O2 sensor goes through a warm cycle internally (preheat) when that cycle is completed the AFR displays your reading .....this is completely normal . There can be variability of this cycle from sensor to...

    Knockout kit

I have the Adapt clutch.... And it's quiet.. I think there might be something with the overall width of the assembly... As the ADAPT is a narrow design and the rotating mass is most likely positioned closer to the crank producing less oscillation... My 2¢

    Gap Flasher Location

Mounting on actuator cover ,hit it with 400 grit ,wipe clean with alcohol and apply velcro...works everytime ....aluminum cover is too smooth to get a good adhesion bite ...

    POWER STEERING OBSERVATIONS

I believe this is a CANbus signal interruption, I would check the harness/connector at the PS head and put a couple twists and reconnect.(larger connector that contains 3 wires, these are CBH & CBL along with key power) The ECU sends command to module on PS head to initiate power function...

    POWER STEERING OBSERVATIONS

Evaluate your suspension setup, if not dialed in to your riding style (weight, seating position, rider type, are you braking into the turn? Are you decelerating into the turn? ) will produce unfavourable results. At lower speeds EPS conceals ski pressure considerably, you need to dial in a...
