I jhave a pair of precision skis on my 07 phazer and it seems to steer alot better than my warrior that has stock skis with doolie 6" sharper stud boys on it. The warrior seems to just plow snow and no steer. Anyone think it would be better if i just swapped the skis from both machines?
You should have no problems coating them and the tolerances are pretty small when you add the powder so if they are stripped first and recoated to a 1mm-2mm thickness you should be fine, otherwise a simple light sanding of the specific areas after coating will work too if needed. There is a...

I d say that all of what is said is the typical issues. I would also say the rear suspension bushings too because mine seem to go bad also. mine has 8500 miles on it also.

Im doing it myself and its a total cost of $155 and thats for all equipment and stove but I already own a compressor. So its a little bit of time out of my weekend to do it.......worth the investment imo. Now I can do any and all parts cheaper,faster, and whenever I feel a need!

I am not sure but i think its the stock yamaha flap but trimmed off a little on bottom. With out taking the back of the sled off aain its hard to do pictures of the mod to pipes. Basically take a grinder to the flanges that are on the pipes and grind off the welds. After I removed the flanges...
All depends on how far you wanna take it!! If all you wants the seat on yours....thats all you need to change All the RX1 parts bolt right back on no problem except the taillight plug is diff. so you will have to cut it off and rewire the plug.
