Chaincase side is pretty easy.
25mm id X 52mm od X 15mm wide. Basicly a 6205 series bearing "6205rs ,etc ... starting at $5.00 . Found a NTN extra capacity bearing " BL205Z"
Now clutch side has been much harder with the extended ID lip with the set screws .... still looking. 25mm (...
2100 miles on '05 Warrior that i bought brand new , driveshaft bearing on chaincase side went. How could a bearing bathed in oil go like that !! Didn't get the extended warrenty thinking that i wouldn't need to on a Yamaha...silly me. disappointed.
Anybody find out what's going on with that...
I am NOT brand loyal . Ran into a bit of money before winter & immediately sought & purchased a '05 Warrior & '05 Royal Star Venture. Being i wanted some new machines for the long haul....no hipe needed , the Yammies sold themselves.
If Honda had a snowmobile...i would have seriously looked...
With out going into the politics of how stupid it is to run rivers on any sled ( call me stupid ) .....anybody run water with a '05 non-studded RX Warrior ?? Occasionally run a local river & usually get reports on conditions before i go.....but sometimes u never know. Like to get some...
Put some feellers out for that mountain cooler. If anybody has a part number would help. Could check locally Monday maybe. Our local dealer is a over-extended one horse show and i'm sure he would have no clue about that mountain cooler.

Thanks . Running the stock carbides yet ? Stock 4" doesn't seem like much. Really tempted to run around in the grass......frosty in mourning. Not a ideal break-in method though.
Just picked a new 05 Warrior & need advice. Went back 6 pages in this forum & just have no time to look at all the posts. This is my first NEW sled & will keep it around till it's unfixable...or i'm unfixable...whichever comes first.
