I just took the skid out to service all the bearing. I replaced the skid and now it is rock solid. No movement at all. It’s a 137 and and everything looks identical to the other sled with the same 137 skid. What am I missing?

I brought it into a shop and they are saying it is the heat exchanger. They've quoted me $1470 USD to change out the heat exchanger. Does this seem right? Also, anyone know of a guide on how to do this if I were to attempt to tackle myself?

How big of a job was this? What needs to be removed from the sled to be able to change the heat exchanger. I have a feeling it could be coming from one of the welds as well. Thanks

Thanks everyone. I changed the fuse and they worked for awhile abs now stopped working. I have a feeling the fuse has blown again. Any ideas why the fuse would be blowing? It does have heated seat as well which is less important to me.

Where is the fuse box located on a 2016 viper. I just bought this 2016 ZR7000 over the summer and got out for my first ride today. Niether handlebar warmer, thumb warmer or seat are working. I assume it must be the fuse. Any other ideas? Where exactly is this fuse located?

So without this update is it normal that it turns over for a good 4-5 seconds before it fires? Mine is an zr7000. Not sure if that is relevant or not.

@Vmax What is the cold start issue you are referring to? I find that mind seems to turn over for a good 5 second before it fires. Is this the behavior you are referring to?
