Seems that changing the oil and filter did the trick. Upon startup whether cold or warm it builds pressure right away. Swapped over to Spectro full synthetic from amsoil and used a napa gold 1358 filter. Thanks for the ideas, much appreciated!

I appreciate the responses. Going to hunt down a new filter in the morning as well as pick up some Spectro oil and change it out. Hopefully that is the answer. Thanks again for the info!

Anybody have any idea what would cause the spring to rub on shock body? Both sides have wear but the left is much worse. The coils are not centered on the shocks. Both are rubbing in different spots

resurrecting this one from the past... Just to clarify on this, you start by filling the radiator to top and leave the cap off and run it for a bit, then top the radiator off again as well as filling the the clear plastic reservoir on the front left of the sled?
