When I had the standard shock in and the barn of parte torsion spring block it would spring back amazingly. With the clicker shock just had rebuilt it doesn't feel remotely the same. An my track doesn't touch the ground till about 2in after the front mount of the rear shock bolt. Is that normal...
I have a phazer fx that I put barn of parts torsion spring tensioner on clicker front and rear skid shocks (rear fresh rebuild) the torsion springs are original with less then 2k on machine. Sled doesn't seem to want to rise back on its own. Any ideas I don't have the solid aluminum arm for the...
So do i just take the skid plate off as if I was draining the oil? Then grind that aluminum ear 1/8 of an inch or can I go more? An unbolt starter and pull it out or do I have to loosen the subframe?
Easiest way to tighten the starter bolts. Phazer cranks over pretty slow threw a new battery with 310cc amps still slow. Wondering how to go about checking and tightening the starter bolts. Prefer not to pull the front end apart if possible.
Ik this is a yamaha page but are the suzuki engine in the xf9000 any good found a factory turboed one for same price and better color then the viper same mileage.
I guess the mpi turbo is just the factory turbo. I also ended up finding a xf9000 turbo all original for close the same.price and its a 137 instead of that big 153. We usually put on about 80-100 mile a ride. Is there anything you noticed that needed to be addressed before you felt comfortable...
Last year was my first year with a sled which was my 08 phazer. Put on about a 1000 miles loved it but want something with just a little more snot and more modern. I'm 6'3 270 pounds after adjusting the rear suspention It felt like a well balanced machine specially with a guy my size on it. But...
They are on the battery and oil tank side should be 2 plugs one with a single white wire and one with a single black wire just follow the wiring from the handle bars
So I put a 4in pivot riser from rox on my phazer along with powergrip bars that add another 2in to my rise. Problem I'm having the throttle cable is about 3 inches to short and the powermadd extentions are way to long for a comfortable fit. Does anyone know if nytro throttle cables will work...
That's what I did for now when it fires up it comes on then goes away could mins later its on again I checked free play in thumb throttle an now I have the diagnostic numbers at 17-101 changed out whole throttle assembly with new throttle cable still have the code 84
When I push the throttle all the way slowly it says on then off once I release tension doesn't have any spots where it changes threw the throttle movement
